Angels Flex uses two components: a monthly membership fee and hourly rates for actual work. Lite membership costs €49/month plus a one-time €99 setup fee. Professional membership is €299/month with no setup costs. Hourly rates vary by expertise area and membership tier, ranging from €60-€165/hour. All work is tracked in 15-minute increments and you only pay for time actually worked. Both memberships can be canceled monthly with 14 days notice.

There's no "pause" function, but given the low monthly fees and instant cancellation, most clients either maintain active membership at minimal cost or simply rejoin when needs arise. Your Guardian Angel relationship and Angel preferences transfer when you return.

Your Guardian Angel addresses this immediately. We either adjust the working approach with your current Angel based on your feedback, or match you with a different specialist if the fit isn't right. Getting the relationship right matters more than avoiding a re-match. Most matches succeed, but we prioritize your satisfaction over defending initial decisions.

All Angels sign comprehensive GDPR compliance and confidentiality agreements before client engagement. Your secure cloud workspace isolates your data from other clients. The Angels sign a contract with liability insurance coverage. Angels are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality even after engagements end.

When you reach 70% of your monthly budget, the system alerts you automatically. At that point, you can extend your budget for the current month, prioritize which tasks continue, or adjust scope for the following month. Your Guardian Angel helps make these decisions based on impact and urgency. There's no penalty for budget extensions; we simply adjust billing to match actual needs.

We address quality concerns immediately through our Guardian Angel escalation process. If work doesn't meet expectations, we either adjust the approach with your current Angel or match you with a different specialist.
