We categorise every task:

Then we redistribute. Your C-task becomes someone else's A-task. Simple physics, revolutionary results.
Real example: A marketing director drowns in spreadsheets (C-task) while their analyst craves data work (A-task). Swap the tasks. Both thrive.
Effect: Impact & Urgency Matrix
The problem: Busy doesn't equal productive.
We filter every task through two questions:
How much impact does this create? (High/Low)
How urgent is this really? (High/Low)
Four quadrants emerge:
- High impact + High urgency = Do now
- High impact + Low urgency = Schedule strategically
- Low impact + High urgency = Delegate or automate
- Low impact + Low urgency = Eliminate
The magic: When you combine Energy and Effect, high-impact A-tasks get absolute priority. Low-impact C-tasks get eliminated first.
Efficiency: Minimal Structure, Maximum Results
The principle: Structure should support work, not dominate it.
