Could You Introduce Yourself Briefly?

I'm a seasoned SMB entrepreneur who loves putting his experience to work for organizations that need both direction and execution. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, I've lived through the highs and lows of business life, giving me a treasure trove of practical knowledge.

The common thread in my career has always been: seeing where the challenges lie and responding directly with concrete solutions. Not endless meetings, but doing.

What Does Being an Angel Mean to You Personally?

For me, being an Angel is primarily about the satisfaction of putting my experiences to work for organizations so they can focus on their core tasks.

As an entrepreneur, I know how valuable it is when someone helps you with things you're not good at or simply don't have time for. I can now fulfill that role for others, and that gives enormous satisfaction.

What Initially Attracted You to the Office Angels Concept?

Working with a multidisciplinary team consisting of like-minded people. That might sound simple, but it's essential.

"In traditional organizations, you often see people with different visions and working methods having to work together, which can lead to friction. At Office Angels, you feel that everyone shares the same core values, which makes collaboration so much smoother."

The diversity of expertise within the team, combined with that shared vision, means we can tackle virtually any problem. I find that both fascinating and inspiring.

How Do You Apply Your Expertise as an Office Angel?

As an experienced Office Angel, I primarily bring my operational and organizational knowledge. I help businesses streamline and optimize their daily processes.

In a recent assignment, I supported a fast-growing company that was stuck in its administrative organization. They no longer knew how to efficiently manage the growing pile of tasks without hiring additional staff. Through my experience as an entrepreneur, I could immediately give them practical tools to streamline their processes and work smarter.

"What gave me the most satisfaction was the moment when the founder said to me: 'Finally, someone who understands what we need without me having to explain everything.'"

That's exactly what it's about: not just executing, but also thinking along from an entrepreneurial perspective.

How Has Collaboration with Other Angels Helped You Grow?

Primarily through knowledge transfer between Angels and their expertise. Although I've only been with the team a short time, I've already had multiple situations where I could brainstorm with a colleague Angel who had specific knowledge I needed.

As an entrepreneur, you're used to figuring everything out yourself, but here you have a network of professionals who can help you directly. That not only accelerates work for the client but also ensures personal growth because you constantly get new perspectives.

What Advice Would You Give to New Angels Just Starting?

Go for it! Dare to fully deploy yourself and your expertise, but also remain open to what you can learn from the other Angels.

The special thing about this team is that everyone is an expert in their own field, but is also willing to share knowledge and collaborate. Use that collective knowledge, ask questions, and don't be afraid to share your own vision.

Where Do You See Yourself in Three Years Within Office Angels?

I definitely have ambitions to grow within Office Angels. In three years, I'd like to see myself as a Business Angel, but I'm realistic enough to know I first need to earn my stripes as an Office Angel and partly as a Project Angel, which I'm doing now.

"At the moment, I enjoy providing direct operational support as an Office Angel, but I notice that clients also value my strategic insight. I want to further develop that combination in the future."

The combination of operational support and strategic thinking is where I excel, and I believe there are many more opportunities there within Office Angels. I want to grow step by step and expand my expertise, so that in three years I'm ready for that Business Angel role.

"Ultimately, it's about making an impact for me. If in three years I can look back on a series of successful trajectories with clients, then I'm satisfied, regardless of what type of Angel I am then."
